I found out three strategies to last probably until a million. I got 1200 and the image was not worth it cause the other images are a lot hotter.
1. (the biggest cheese) if you jump at just the right time you can force a food to spawn on you. The code in the game gives you your jump ability when you touch food, so this means you get permanent jump. When you touch stomach lining, you lose a little hp but the food can prevent you from touching it like a shell. You can be knocked out of the food if you aren't careful, so the strategy I found was to hide in the lower left portion of the stomach and press jump on quarter second intervals.
2. You can force other prey into a corner, because the game doesn't check if something is underneath you to give your jump back, only if something is touching your hitbox, you can permajump by forcing every other prey into the corner, but be aware as while you won't die, the prey will eventually.
3. While touching stomach lining hurts you, it's not as bad as getting in the acid. The right wall allows you to climb up to the top if you spam jump enough, and so if you ever find yourself in a position with a particularly sadistic pred who only eats prey, you can climb the wall to avoid the acid and wait for more food

That is a lot, taking into consideration that there is no healing or checkpoints and there is a huge way to go for final ending. Jumping is useless in that case, food and bones just wont let you go higher than about 1/6 of your height. And the highest jump is about 1/3 of your high. That is very small.
2) Dumb AI. I dont know why they are added here, it is hard enough without them. They act stupid. Even if they have the high ground, after a few seconds they may start running down or even into you, so you wont get out from acid. And again, their bones are making jump on them very small or impossible. Finally, they jump higher than you somehow.
3) TOO high score for the last picture. I spend about 6 tries, and here is my highest score. This picture starts about from 200. I dont how much I need for final, but taking into consideration the controlling and other factors (including the others I didnt mention) this is just unfair.

First game I got 538 points, I am indeed satisfied.
This game is damn broken. In the bad way.

Then you are goddamn machine, cause I have no Idea how I could get more than 500 at least.
Yeah, the jump is the biggest problem. like I am loosing to much HP for how low I an jump sometimes.
The AI is annoying, but they rarely get the high ground.

I think I get only first and third. Do I need to too something special or it is random?
Getting a score in the middle of the first one and third one will give you the second one! Getting a really high score will give you the last one.
