Added a new Card: Sarah!

Now removing a card gives you tickets instead of costing tickets.

Added a background for the shop.

Rebalanced difficulty modifiers for the campaign.

UI Updated for some buttons.

Reverted the Holiday graphics.

nah, scoring 1800 points is almost impossible, I tried different card assemblies and spent about 4 hours of my life but did not rise above 1400 points.
